Privacy Policy – Whereuare Warrior
Last updated: 9 October 2026
This privacy policy applies to Whereuare Warrior at warrior.whereuare.se and the Warrior Chrome extension, a white-label version of FastApply that helps with job applications. It describes personal data used in the service, payments and communications with us.
Contact and responsibility
Whereuare is your point of contact for Warrior, your membership and questions about your personal data. Contact Robin Söderström at [email protected] with questions or to request access to or deletion of your data.
Data and how it is used
- Job applications: Your CV and the job and country preferences you provide are used to match jobs and complete and submit applications. Your CV may include contact details, work experience, education and skills. You provide this information as part of using the service.
- Support: When you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include in your message. This is used to respond to your request and help you with Warrior.
- Membership and payments: Payments are processed through Stripe. Information you enter in the payment form is processed there to complete your purchase and manage your subscription. Warrior uses a payment reference and payment status to associate the payment with your purchase. The website’s own payment functionality does not receive your full card details.
Do not include sensitive personal data or information about other people in your CV or support message unless it is needed for your request. Check your information and preferences before enabling automated applications.
The Chrome extension and FastApply
The Warrior extension is based on FastApply. FastApply’s published privacy policy lists names, email addresses, CVs, job preferences and other application information as inputs for automated applications and service personalisation. FastApply also describes usage analytics.
FastApply’s public Chrome Web Store listing declares personally identifiable information, authentication information and location as data categories. That listing applies to FastApply’s public extension and does not, by itself, establish which data the Warrior white-label version handles.
The Warrior version’s exact extension permissions and complete technical data flows have not yet been verified. We therefore do not make unconfirmed statements about access to, for example, cookies, passwords, browsing history or all visited websites. Review the permissions shown for the extension you install and contact us if anything is unclear. This information needs to be supplemented once the version’s details have been confirmed.
You can disable or remove the extension through Chrome’s extensions menu. Doing so does not automatically cancel your membership or delete information already sent to the service or an employer.
Recipients of your data
When Warrior submits a job application, the relevant employer and the recruitment platform used receive your application information. Their processing is covered by their own privacy notices. FastApply is the technology provider for the white-label extension. Payment information is processed by Stripe; see Stripe’s privacy policy.
The website is published through OpenAI Sites. When you open a page, your browser transmits the technical information needed to deliver it, such as your IP address and the requested URL, to the website’s hosting service. When you choose to play the video, your browser connects to YouTube. See Google’s privacy policy for that processing.
A complete list of FastApply’s service providers, data storage countries and any transfers outside the EU/EEA for the Warrior version has not yet been confirmed. We therefore do not give assurances that all processing takes place within the EU/EEA or that specific transfer safeguards apply. Contact us for information about your use of the service.
Cookies and browser storage
When a payment is initiated, Warrior sets the warrior_checkout cookie. It contains a reference to the payment session and is used to check the payment status in the same browser. It expires after 24 hours and uses HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure over HTTPS.
Stripe’s payment functionality loads when you open checkout. The YouTube player loads only when you choose to play the video. This privacy policy page does not load payment or video functionality.
Website statistics
We use our own cookie-free tracker to count page views, clicks on the trial offer and confirmed purchases. We store the page path and traffic source (a referring domain or a limited campaign source label), but not full referring URLs, query strings, email addresses or raw IP addresses. A keyed, daily-changing hash of the IP address and browser user agent estimates visitors within one day; it does not identify people across days. The same person may be counted again on another day, browser or network. No analytics identifier is stored in your browser. Known automated traffic and browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded. Statistics are kept for up to 90 days and are available only in a password-protected dashboard. Purchase counting is limited to paid embedded checkouts whose confirmation page is opened in the same browser.
Retention and deletion
FastApply states that it retains information for as long as needed for the service’s purposes or legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. A specific retention period or deletion timeframe for the Warrior version has not been confirmed.
Request deletion or information about which data is retained by emailing [email protected]. Include the email address you use for Warrior and explain your request. Do not send passwords or card details. Information that must be retained by law may be exempt from deletion. Applications already received by employers also need to be addressed with the respective recipient.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, where the applicable conditions are met, you may request information about and access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, such as the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Learn more about your rights on the IMY website (in Swedish).
